Who processes your data
The data controller is owner's full name, tax code / VAT number, based at Contrada Bochini, 96012 Avola (SR), Italy.

What data we collect
Only what you enter in the availability enquiry form:
- first and last name;
- email address and, if you provide it, phone number;
- arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children;
- the text of your message, if you write one.
The site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers. We collect no browsing data beyond the technical logs of the service hosting the site.
Why we process it

Who it is shared with
Your data is never sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. For the technical operation of the site and email only, it is processed by:
- Web3Forms — delivers the form content to our mailbox;
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and keeps technical access logs;
- Google (Gmail) — receives and stores messages in the owner's mailbox;
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to write to us there, the conversation is handled under that service's own terms.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for as long as needed to reply, and no longer than 12 months. Where a stay takes place, data is kept for as long as required by tax obligations and by the mandatory reporting to the public security authorities.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing, or receive it in a readable format. You may also withdraw your consent, without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise these rights write to infovillabadessa@gmail.com. If you believe the processing breaches the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
